Base salary negotiable on level and relevant experience Our client, a specialist Rail and Civil Engineering subcontractor within the Construction sector, is currently looking for Supervisors (Or Gangers / Foreman) to join their Rail team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that site-based works are carried out safely and effectively, managing labour force, any associated subcontract trades, as well as getting involved with works yourself, working as a team. You will be required to pick up any equipment needed from the regional depot in Maidstone, prior to travelling to site based projects across the Kent and Sussex Rail Routes, to complete works.
