The school are looking for someone to join their forward-looking team as soon as possible.Your new role This will be a full-time role, maintaining the school''s financial management system. You will support the business manager with everything related to processing income and expenditure of the school. This will all be completed in Welsh. Day to day activities can include:Process weekly BACS runUpdate income registersProcess invoicesProduce purchase ordersReconcile bank statementsAssist with the preparation and submission of statutory reports as required, for example, VAT reports or reconciliations to the local authority.Prepare reports for the head teacher and governors.What you''ll need to succeed You must have previous school finance experience and a DBS check on the update service is ideal.
