Production Planner - Southampton - 35k Platform Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing company. They are looking to take on a production planner to ensure project and sales deadlines are achieved efficiently, on time and to budget. The ideal candidate will have come from a manufacturing or RandD environment and can manage stock and aged inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: +Identify and implement improvements to processes. + Ordering and purchasing of materials and components. + Plan and implement production schedules to ensure project and customer demands are met. Key Skills: + Can build and maintain strong supply chain relationships. + Ability to plan and implement production schedules. + Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience of using CIM50 or similar MRP systems is very desirable. The salary will be up to 35k depending on previous experience with great company benefits.
