IntoUniversity is searching for a Director of Development (maternity cover). This award-winning charity runs learning centres in the heart of communities for young people, offering a safe space to learn, explore and succeed. This role will join the Senior Leadership Team to lead a highly successful fundraising team of 5 to exceed its ambitious fundraising targets (currently £13m per annum). You will manage your own portfolio of strategic donors, lead key meetings with existing and new funders, and support the fundraising team in their different areas of work.
