HR Officer Part Time

£13.50 per hour
Pertemps are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our client based in Newport. The role will consist of assisting in the daily tasks and operations of the charity, to ensure smooth processes.
Your Duties Include:
- Helping with the recruitment processes, including onboardings.
- Conducting standard HR administration duties.
- Being the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Distributing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have either Level 3 CIPD Qualification or have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR or similar role.
- Be proficient using Microsoft 365.
- Be able to work well in both a team and independently.
The standard working hours are 15 hours per week across 2 days with the days being flexible. This position is initially to start as soon as possible until the end of March.
An Enhanced DBS Check will be required before starting the assignment.
