Role Overview:

We''re seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our growing technology team. Reporting to the Application Team Lead, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for enterprise ERP systems
• Own and resolve technical queries through systematic investigation and diagnosis
• Configure, optimize, and develop Microsoft Business Central
• Apply business and process knowledge to understand and resolve complex issues

Required Skills andamp; Experience:

• Proven experience supporting and configuring ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (AX, Nav, BC, 365)
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Azure, and Office 365/MS Dynamics
• Experience with BC/Business Central
• Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management ability
