Customer Account Executive

We are currently seeking an interim Customer Account Executive, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 12 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to 48,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.Key AccountabilitiesLead New Revenue Streams Home Care and Personal Care businesses.Lead the relationship and be the day-to-day interface with key distributors.Collaborating to grow the business through volume forecasting, initiating orders and modelling promotions whilst supporting on HC and PC initiatives with other customers in the channel, including: TikTok Shop, Amazon Marketplace and Just My Look.Build and develop existing and new strategic relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Work with the wider Amazon team to optimise the 1P/2P/3P strategy to maximise Amazon marketplace.Work with the eComm Digital Hubs to build and activate online Events, launch NPD and drive core of the core activations.Deliver key Category initiatives e.g., Cost Price Changes, Brand Activation and new product launches.End-to-end PandL responsibility to deliver ..... full job details .....
