The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and machine aptitude, and work methodically with a process driven mindset. The Operator will play a crucial part in maintaining production quality and working efficiently to optimum performance levels. Duties Operation of our Digicon label press - die cutting and varnishing to a high specification. Ensuring performance output meets our demanding work schedules Ensuring the quality of labels are finished to the required high standards and expectations of our customers Working efficiently with a strong attitude towards continual improvement Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs or malfunctions. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and enhance efficiency. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in Digicon label production preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and a methodical approach to troubleshooting quality issues effectively.
