Requirements:
- At least a bachelor''s degree in psychology, or a related field.
- Passion for the development of young learners with additional support needs.
- A patient and empathetic nature.
- Understanding of the importance of safeguarding policies.
- Previous experience of working with pupils, or in a school setting, is advantageous.
The Role
- 1-2-1 and small group interventions for SEN pupils to improve attainment.
- Assisting teaching staff with the planning and delivering of engaging lessons that adhere to the national curriculum.
- Leading sessions to encourage the development of basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Assisting in the running of extracurricular activities and events with the wider school community.
