The role will be offered on a Temp contract initially with a view to the role moving to a Fixed-Term contact with potential for the role to be made permanent.Reporting to the Head of Change, the successful candidate will be responsible for management and oversight of all Internal Comms including strategy, content and stakeholder management across the Change project.Duties involved in this role will include: Working closely with the Head of Change to understand the impact of the Change project - developing and implementing a comms strategy in line with the project Ensuring that tailored strategies are delivered to different audiences ensuring consistent use of the company''s tone of voice and culture Creating compelling content across the board in support of change initiatives Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of comms, taking feedback wherever possible Working closely with the heads of department across the company to ensure alignment of comms Management of internal intranet content in relation to the Change project Various other internal ..... full job details .....
