As the HSE you will:Work with all staff to ensure legal compliance and best practice Resolve health, safety and environmental issues in line with HSE policies and proceduresDevelop safety strategies for the prevention of workplace accidents, investigate incidents and put in place prevention measure, produce risk assessments Monitor and assess all departmental Health, Safety and Environmental issues and implement control measures to reduce risks Advise on legal compliance and lead HSE meetings with reports, information on accident statistics, and information on new legislation.Develop and deliver HSE training to all staff Work on health and safety projectsSupport the management team in maintaining and continuously improving the Environmental Management System Identify opportunities for continuous health, safety and environmental improvement and implement programmes to deliver these.Maintain the management of system ISO 14001Manage all aspects of fire safetyTo support engineering team in the safe introduction of new machinery and equipment.
