Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging lessons in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring everyone can access the curriculum and reach their potential.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Use creative teaching methods to keep students engaged and deepen their understanding.
• Participate in meetings to track and discuss student progress.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events, enhancing studentsandrsquo; educational experience.
• Build strong relationships with students, supporting both their academic and personal development.

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience teaching Science at secondary school level, particularly Key Stage 3 and 4.
