Senior/Principal Systems Engineering Consultant

You will contribute to a variety of projects, from local initiatives to high-profile national programmes, delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and partners to understand their needs and effectively manage expectations.Problem Discovery and Definition: Identify and define complex problems, considering factors such as performance, cost, time, and risk.Solution Development: Develop balanced solutions to complex issues, leveraging state-of-the-art and emerging technologies.Implementation Planning: Plan and implement solutions, ensuring they align with project objectives and client requirements.Communication: Clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Influence and Leadership: Guide stakeholders and team members towards effective solutions, applying systems thinking to new sectors.Qualifications:Essential:Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant field.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas to non-technical and senior stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Willingness to learn and apply systems engineering tools and methodologies.Effective written and oral communication skills.Desirable:Degree in a STEM subject.Experience working in sectors such as Defence, Energy, Transport, Aerospace, or Security.What We Offer:Opportunities to work on ..... full job details .....
