An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to join a growing Digital Managed Services team. You''ll play a key role in driving forward digital transformation initiatives, including the development of new member portals, self-service features, and digital integrations. Key Responsibilities: Drive Product Development: Lead digital product initiatives focused on enhancing member experiences, such as new portals, integrations, self-service solutions, and more. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams (attend stand-ups, run refinement sessions), business partners, and marketing to deliver high-quality digital services.
