£40,500 - £45,000 per annum Fixed term (maternity cover, 13 months), full-time (37.5 hours per week) Hybrid working with regular travel to our London Bridge Office What the job involves We''re looking for a Gift Aid, Compliance and Fulfilment Manager to join our busy team on a fixed term contract. With your focus on the day-to-day management of our key supplier relationships, you''ll oversee multiple work streams and competing priorities across complex operations. With support, you''ll also provide advice to all internal teams on Fundraising Compliance. You''ll understand when and how to dig deeper into risks and escalate as appropriate, acting as a key representative in this area across the charity. You''ll oversee monthly gift aid claims, ensuring all processes from collection, storage and auditing are compliant and documented. This role is a great opportunity to work across multiple directorates. Your work will have a direct impact on our success and help us make a real difference. In this role you''ll also line manage three people, working with them to excel in their role. They will support you in managing our key supplier relationships, managing our fundraising stock and having responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of our online shop.
