Key Requirements: 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience Part qualified in ACCA/IAB/ACA/CIMA or equivalent finance qualification Responsibilities: Assist in producing Trial Balance and maintain control accounts Reconcile bank statements and update cashbooks daily Process purchase ledger invoices and maintain accounts payable ledgers Ensure invoices match purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals Prepare weekly payment runs and manage cash flow Communicate with suppliers and archive accounts documents Assist with VAT returns and process staff expenses Maintain Fixed Assets Register and generate monthly reports Conduct reconciliations and generate reports from ERP systems Support opening new accounts and track documentation Skills: Proficient in SAGE 200, Word, and Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs) Strong communication and organizational skills If you''re detail-oriented and looking for a rewarding role in finance, apply ..... full job details .....
