Role PurposeResponsible for the day-to-day Programming/setting/operating of the CNC machines (Bretons) and Kuka Robots.Key Responsibilities Programming of CNC machines and Kuka Robots.Ensuring daily targets are fulfilled.Implementing Lean Management, supporting 5S and TPMs.Adjusting of machine cutting paths or settings to optimise production while maintaining quality.Consider tools required to cut materials and program machines accordingly.Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines/robots as they arise.Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and TPMs.Train new employees on how to properly operate/Set CNC machines/Robots.Reading and interpreting technical Drawings and design modelsEssential SkillsMust have experience and a good working knowledge of Power MillExperience and Knowledge of Openmind Hypermill SoftwareVericut experience desirable.Knowledge of composites and how composite components are manufactured.Basic knowledge of the make-up of race cars and road cars.Basic Knowledge of stock Control.A minimum of 2 years working within the F1/Motorsport/Automotive industry.Fanuc3 and 5 axis control systems for programming and operating.3-axis Fusion 360 CAM software, programme and operating.Power mill CAM software, ..... full job details .....
