Main criteria: At least 2 years experience either as a Chef De Partie or Sous Chef Between £28,000 £34,000 a year (depending on experience), plus weekly and monthly tips (can be an extra £3000-£5000 per year) Full time. Role: As the CDP/Sous , You will assist the Head Chef with leading the kitchen and deputise in their absence. You will help lead the team and ensure high standards are met and great food is served daily to the company specifications. You will ensure all Health and Safety processes are in place and maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating. You will assist in achieving site GP targets as well as managing stock and labour costs.
