In this role, you will manage commercial and local authority contracts, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The role required traveling across Burry Saint Edmund to Ipswich, Stowmarket and other Suffolk based depots. Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise Grounds Chargehands and operatives across multiple depots.Ensure effective daily deployment of resources for optimal service delivery.Manage budgets, revenues, and pricing for new projects.Conduct site visits and maintain client relationships through effective communication.Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental standards, and company procedures.Foster employee engagement and development through training opportunities.
