The Role The Estimator will be a highly motivated and organised professional, working in the successful estimating and preconstruction team. The role will involve being a point of contact for various customers across the business and receiving enquiries, producing the estimate and ensuring quality assurance from the outset. Responsibilities Site Survey and Scoping including scope price build up Estimating and conducting cost analysis Collaborating with engineers, architects and contractors to discuss and resolve issues Assessing cost effectiveness and identifying potential financial risks PQQ/ITT/ITN Support and Submissions Subcontract enquiry management Adjusting estimates and recommendations based on changes and updates to projects Maintaining records of estimated costs Liaising and responding to multiple customer needs within the department Organising and arranging delivery of tasks collaboratively with team members Management and production of pre-construction deliverables Enforcing quality and efficient delivery throughout the whole department Aligning with the business Core Values and ensuring they are being adhered to Sharing best ..... full job details .....
