The ideal candidate will drive and motivate a successful sales team to achieve outstanding results. The Sales and Marketing Director will: Work closely with the product development team to align offerings with market demands. Implement effective sales and marketing initiatives, including pricing strategies, promotions, and product launches. Develop and maintain a strong network within the relevant industries to remain informed about trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Establish and deliver products and services launch strategies. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential acquisitions. The Sales and Marketing Director will have: Minimum 10 years with 5+ years in a sales Management position. Proven track record of directly driving substantial growth and success.
