What you will be doing: Acting as the custodian of the company s Integrated Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and high standards throughout. Leading change management initiatives for manufacturing processes, working closely with suppliers and engineering teams. Facilitating APQP activities such as risk assessment, FMEA, and control plan development to identify and mitigate quality risks. Developing and maintaining quality plans that conform to both customer specifications and internal standards. Providing assurance to the senior leadership team through a combination of assessments, audits, and data analysis.
