Reporting to the Headteacher, you will coordinate specific provisions for students with special educational needs and disabilities, overseeing the associated paperwork and compliance requirements. Key Requirements:National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or equivalent.Proven experience as a SENCO within an SEN or mainstream school setting.In-depth knowledge and experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, and related behavioural challenges.An enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one is essential.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively.
