Supply Chain Administrator
Ryde, Isle of Wight
6 Months FTC
 
Pertemps Isle of Wight are seeking a supply chain administrator, to work on a fixed term contact for a period of 6 months. As the successful supply chain administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to the supply chain function of our client, a renowned manufacturer.
 
Day to day tasks will include but will not be limited to.

• Processing of purchase orders
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes
• Support deliveries
• Raise and send customer invoices for payments
• Collate VAT proof of export evident on a monthly basis
• General adhoc administration.

 
Although previous experience within supply chain would be highly desirable, it isn’t essential as full training will be provided.
 
The ideal candidate will obtain:

• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer skills
• Ability to work under pressure, and to prioritise workload
• Experienced in Microsoft Office

 
This is a full-time role based on 37 hours per week, between Monday and Friday.
