Hunts Recruitment is looking for Support Workers for a residential home in the Tonbridge/Hildenborough area, this home supports 5 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. Salary: £23,264 - £27,944 per annum Job type: Full time hours across Monday to Sunday Shifts: Monday - Sunday including earlies, mids, lates, sleep ins and/or waking nights A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a must for this position. No two days are the same but your day might look like this: Supporting individuals to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting individuals with social activities, and connecting with family and friends. Keeping the home clean and fresh, and going shopping. Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
