Supporting young people between 16 and 25 Working with individuals who have experienced homelessnessUnderstanding trauma and integrating trauma informed practice in to your work Providing reliable advice and guidance Following the safeguarding and health and safety policies Working with other services (multi-agency working)Covering a mixed rota of days and waking nights What do we need? Someone with a real passion for helping othersA solid understanding of the causes of youth homelessnessCompassion, understanding and resilienceDriver with a vehicle would be highly desirableA DBS on the update service - Or willing to carry out a new DBSSomeone who is willing and able to work days and nightsFlexibility around shifts and assisting when needed These roles are project based (in one location) in the Swansea area.
