If so, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.Key Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer:• Innovate: Support new product development using Quality Planning tools to proactively identify risks and implement solutions.• Ensure Excellence: Develop Route Cards and Inspection points based on risk assessments, customer requirements, and data analysis.• Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of new products.• Lead: Manage Malfunction Documents (MFD) and lead problem-solving teams to address root causes of issues.• Audit: Conduct internal audits on Quality, Environmental, and Safety matters to drive continuous improvement.• Support: Assist with NPI product dispatch through the ERP system.What our client is looking for in a Quality Engineer:• Experience: Background in quality within the defence or aerospace industry.• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 (ISO 45001 and AS9100 a plus).• Skills: Lead Auditor (ISO 14001 desirable). • APQP/PPAP knowledge.• HandS Certificate (NEBOSH preferred).• ..... full job details .....
