Production Operative 
Salary 22,222-26,144 dependant on experience 

Pertemps Isle of Wight are looking for a Production Operative to work for our client based in East Cowes. We are looking for any potential candidates who have a keen eye detail and can follow technical drawings and can cut out patterns to specific scales. 
The Role will start in January 2025 and will initially be on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. At that point there may be potential to make the role permanent. 

Key Responsibilities include but not limited too; 

• High standard of Workmanship. 

• Maintenance and repair a range of different equipment. 

• Ability to work safely and efficiently. 

• Meeting production deadlines. 

• Ability to work in teams and alone. 

• Willing to learn other skills and use of machinery. 

Qualifications and experience desired 

• A relevant NVQ level or equivalent. 

• Production or manufacturing experience. 

• Experience of working on and repairing inflatables. 

• Sewing machine use or similar experience.
