Zachary Daniels are delighted to be supporting this household retail name in the appointment of an IT Infrastructure Desktop support Analyst to bring into their established team.Reporting into the Group IT Manager your role will be to support and develop the Group IT Desktop Function over their Head Office and Store operations, providing technical assistance to the highest level to all end-users.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of desktop support including build, with a strong focus on defining, implementing and documenting standards in line with corporate guidelinesHelp desk support - answering/following up/escalating support calls for all IT queries in a professional manner, respecting internal SLAActive Directory MaintenanceManaging Employee setup/maintenance and deletionCreate/Update training/help files to build/develop end users IT skillsMonitor IT systems to pre-empt faults/failures, including data backup controlInventory Management of kitTake ownership of projects where required.Skills and experiencePreferably an IT degree (other qualifications will also be considered)Help desk support experience essential - Retail support including POS, Cegid would be a bonusWindows Server 2016 and 2019, Win11 Microsoft Office 365, certificates and encryption, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPSX, Riverbed and AV(TrendMicro) Software.iOS and oSX SkillsMDM i.e. MobileIronSAP exposureFamiliar with IT security guidelines (ISO, or equivalent)Motivated individual with good ..... full job details .....
