Senior Building Surveyor, NottinghamSalary level negotiable, circa 50,000 + BenefitsIn this role you will deliver the day-to-day building surveying services as well as be client facing. The position is with a boutique sized private practice firm in Nottingham, who have a fantastic reputation both internally and externally and work on some genuinely amazing projects which can be seen on their website.The role of Senior Building Surveyor:Providing competent professional advise to clients on a range of property related issues including advising on capital works schemes, feasibility, works prioritisation and building / construction issues.Monitor progress on projects ensuring timescales are met.Problem solve and find solutions when issues occur.Seek to develop new business opportunities and develop existing relationships.Undertaking building condition surveys.Preparing specifications, schedules of work and drawings for capital improvement works.Contract administration including drafting of standard contract forms.Project management of annual capital programmes of work across multiple sites.
