Reporting to the Operations Director, the Project Engineer will install, commission, and maintain security systems across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties. You ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for system improvements. Responsibilities: Install and maintain intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems. Conduct on-site analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and propose solutions. Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for system enhancements based on customer needs. Work collaboratively with a team and independently in the field. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry standards. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry. Working knowledge of Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom equipment. CSCS card and essential health and safety knowledge.
