Process Technician Based Wotton, Surrey Permanent Azenta Life Sciences specializes in the design and manufacture of consumables and bench top instrumentation for the life sciences industry. The business is looking to recruit an experienced Process Technician to be based at the Manufacturing site in Wotton, Surrey. The Process Technician is tasked with supporting all machines in production / Lab ensuring the machines are running efficiently with the most suitable process to allow quality approved products to be made. What You''ll Be Doing Reporting daily to the senior Process Technician Carry out mould tool changes as scheduled or required. Process and adapt moulding conditions to produce QC approved components. Assist mould shop Supervisors in obtaining First Off approval at the start of each production batch. Complete production paperwork as required. Liaise with the Tool Room and QC departments as required. Carry out other such tasks as required from time to time. Ensure and assist in always maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
