We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and the successful candidate will be a key senior member of the company, managing a team of residential conveyancers. Qualifications and skills: Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, with extensive experience within residential conveyancing. Accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). Proven track record in business development and networking. Extensive knowledge of UK property laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Management experience. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements for conveyancing transactions from the time of inception to completion. Manage a residential conveyancing team. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all stages of the conveyancing process. Deliver high-quality legal solutions to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth opportunities.
