Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development of electronic solutions from concept through to product introduction, ensuring compliance with EMC, environmental, and safety standards. Maintain and improve existing designs with a focus on Design for Manufacture and Test principles. Oversee hardware team projects, working with external contractors, CEMs, and test facilities to meet project requirements. Conduct compliance testing and manage the rectification process with external testing partners. Maintain and upgrade FPGA (VHDL) and embedded processor (C) firmware as required.
