To ensure excellent customer service whilst continuing to grow our client is looking for a great Customer Service Advisor. You will also be making out-bound calls to current customers to keep in contact to sell them hot tub services and products. Your ability to diagnose and resolve issues over the phone will help our customers enjoy their hot tubs without unnecessary delays. When a problem can''t be fixed remotely, you''ll coordinate engineer visits to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
