Minimum Job Requirements: Higher National Certification (HNC) in Building Services or similar Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 3 years of industry experience in Building Services Industry Experience in AutoCAD or other industry software packages including Microsoft Office Familiarity with building regulations and industry standard Preferable: experience in Dilux and other electrical software packages Own a car and able to drive Responsibilities and Duties Arranging utility applications and obtain quotes including Elec (UK Power Network) Lighting calculations (elec design engineer) Producing of Electrical preliminary and tender drawing packages using AutoCAD Assistance in producing Electrical Services Specification documents for Tender Issue Attendance to on-line meetings and site meetings Survey of existing MandE installations Producing snagging reports Assist in the generation of proposals, scopes, schedules and budgets for projects. Perform field activities such as observation of construction activities. Review construction submittals for conformance with the intent of contract and design documents. Provide guidance and mentoring to project engineers and designers on a project-by-project basis. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a team environment with multiple deadlines.
