We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Role and Responsibilities Meet and greet visitors ensuring all sign in and out on arrival and departure Providing refreshments for visitors Answering incoming calls Responding to emails Responsible for all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries Liaising with PPE Suppliers, conducting regular PPE stock counts and replenishing as necessary Issuing PPE in line with company policy Issuing door access cards as necessary Responsible for Maintaining the boardroom which must be checked after every meeting Liaising with internal departments to assist with any administration they may require Ensure that the reception area is maintained to a high standard at all times Other adhoc duties as required Undertake duties in accordance with the Company''s policies and procedures Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company Policies Preferred Skills Must be punctual.
