HR Advisor

FJA are looking to recruit a HR Advisor on behalf of our client based in the Bury area. The role will be on a fixed term basis for 9 months, to cover maternity leave. You will provide comprehensive HR support across the business at all levels, including Senior Managers. You will focus on providing HR advice and assist with implementing all HR projects and initiatives. Benefits in the role of HR Advisor Competitive salary of £34,000 (pro rata) Hybrid working 2 days from home and 3 days in the Bury office (onsite parking) 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata) Various discounts including onsite supplemented café Team building events HR Advisor responsibilities; Play a key role in recruitment and selection, including building excellent relationships with recruitment agencies and other external sources. Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process including development of role profiles for new positions, creating adverts and benchmarking, and supporting managers with recruitment matters Work closely with the HR team to enhance the onboarding experience for all new hires Provide confidential advice and support to Heads of Department, Managers, and employees Advise and support managers in employee relation cases and attend performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence hearings Assist in activities relating to the People Strategy and Plan, including but not limited to, wellbeing and engagement, reward and recognition.
