Supply Desk are working with a highly rated and well regarded school in Horsham with strong attainment across the Key Stages, and a pleasant culture of respect and achievement. They are looking to appoint a committed and ambitious Computer Science andamp; IT Teacher to deliver for Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 as a part of their successful team.

About the role:

The role is a full-time opportunity, with a view for the right candidate to turn permanent. Part-time and supply is also an option for someone keen to contribute to the school where available. You will be providing Computer Science and wider IT lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum and exam board frameworks, helping the school to maintain its recent achievements in GCSE attainment. In this role, time is also provided for planning and marking. The school are looking for someone with excellent and up-to-date subject knowledge, high standards in the classroom, and a positive approach to teaching and the school community.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Bachelor''s Degree in a relevant subject field. A recognised teaching qualification is a plus.
• Have recent experience teaching in UK Schools
• Be a committed team player
• Proven track record of high attainment
• Be comfortable in adapting to different environments
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Be able to deliver Maths in a fun and engaging way that students can relate to
