Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor (70% management and 30% hands on - heavily biased to management) Salary: 49,000 to 52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for further progression Hours: Monday to Friday, DAYS ONLY, on a weekly rotation of 5am-1pm and 11am-7pm Location: Commutable from Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, Lichfield and surrounding areas Company We are recruiting for a large factory and company who are on the look-out for a motivated Maintenance Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager that has experience in leading, coordinating and driving teams to meet business and operational objectives. While a hands on approach is required, it will be rare that you''ll be getting your hands physically dirty. The role is heavily biased towards the driving teams, delegation of works and planning. The team you''ll be managing consists of around 20 Engineers. Responsibilities Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you''re role is to oversee all maintenance work, both proactively and reactivley, leading a maintenance team of 20 engineers. This role and opportunity still requires the "hands on" approach with an estimated split of 70% management and 30% hands on.
