Staffing Match are currently recruiting for a Helath and Safety Administrator to join our prestigious logistics client located in Grange ParkPurpose:To support the Health, Safety and Facilities Manager by providing administrative support including data entry, document creation and managing contractor paperwork. This role will also conduct the site based Planed Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) activities and managing the inventory of PPE, First Aid supplies and other consumables.Key Responsibilities:AdministrationAssist in hazard identification for Risk AssessmentsData entry of hazards identified onto Risk AssessmentsTo help collect information, instructions and photos for the creation of SSOWData entry of information and instructions and photos onto a SSOW templateData entry accident and incident investigation records on to data base for group HS statisticsMaintaining the Health and Safety Training MatrixDigitising all SSOW and other Training Records SharePoint for audit purposesDigitising all waste transfer notes and saving onto SharePoint for audit purposesData entry accident and incident investigation records on to data base for group HS statisticsBooking of contractor visits and being the point of contact when on siteDelivering contractor inductionsIssuing permits to workMaintaining PPE stores areaInventory checks of PPE, ConsumablesInventory checks of first aid supplies and first aid roomPlanned Preventive MaintenanceWeekly Bay Door and Dock leveller checksWeekly ..... full job details .....
