What You Will Do: Lead the development of exterior trim parts, focusing on plastic injection moulding, from design concept to manufacture.Collaborate closely with styling, project management, purchasing, test, and manufacturing departments.Manage parts and suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, focusing on rear end design and side/door mouldings.Execute BOM management and participate in design reviews, sharing knowledge and experience.Support supplier management including design, test, quality, and timing to achieve key project milestones.Provide clear and concise reporting of concerns and part development/delivery issues.
