Our client, a successful Law firn based in Stratford upon Avon are recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to work as part of their small but growing IT team where you will assist in providing 2nd line technical support across the firm. To ensure the seamless operation of IT systems by performing systems administration, providing IT support, and delivering technical projects. The role involves maintaining compliance with internal policies and the Data Protection Act, collaborating with internal departments, and liaising with external suppliers to meet the IT needs of the firm. Key tasks/responsibilities Systems administration: Perform installations, updates, and maintenance to prevent service interruptions and ensure optimal system performance. IT support: Handle 2nd line support for technical queries, resolving issues promptly and escalating serious concerns when necessary. Supplier liaison: Coordinate with external suppliers regarding hardware, software, and services, staying informed of supplier updates. Documentation and training: Create user-friendly training materials, document processes, and maintain accurate service desk records. Project delivery: Support technical projects, analyse business problems, and recommend solutions to improve IT performance and prevent issues. Collaboration: Work with internal departments to ensure IT needs are met and involve users in relevant projects.
