Assistant Manager Role : As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for managing Team Leaders in a residential setting for adults with acquired brain injuries. Provide supervision to Team Leaders As an Assistant Manager, you will assist with creating rotas and dealing with budgets. Report to the Registered Manager to co ordinate efficient operation of the service and support staff to meet their personal objectives. Encourage Teams Leaders and Support Workers to enable service users to achieve their potential and lead interesting lives.
