You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.Sparkhill Dialysis Unit operates 24 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 96 patients, in partnership with UHB (Queen Elizabeth Hospital) Trust using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio 1:4 patients, and you will be supported by HCA''s on each shift.This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week.
