What You''ll Do: Lead the Way: Oversee the entire Small Works Project process, from initial costing to successful completion. Temporary Works Expert: Sign off on Temporary Works, ensuring safety and compliance. Programme Management: Develop and manage project schedules, keeping everything on track. Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates to ensure satisfaction. Cost Management: Take charge of project costs, maintaining budgets and ensuring financial efficiency. What We''re Looking For: Security Clearance: DV Clearance is preferred, however Baseline Security Clearance (BPSS or EBS) would be conisdered. You must have this already or be confident in ability to obtain. Certification: Temp Work Co-ordinator qualification/certificate is a must.
