This is an excellent business who have celebrated over 10 years as ''outstanding'' specialists in education and therapy. Overview In this exciting and newly created position within the business you will manage and oversee the maintenance, operations and compliance of 5 schools in and around London and other business infrastructure to ensure all facilities are functioning optimally, safely and securely. You will be responsible for compliance and all relevant health and safety regulations with regards to all current and new premises and facilities. You will also support the CEO with estates development, including the development of new premises. This is an exciting time to get into the business as they will be adding new schools annually of which you would play a vital role in this. They need someone strategic and commercially astute who can set up the property arm of the brand so that it can scale successfully with the business Essential Criteria Significant successful previous experience in facilities/property management Excellent understanding of HSE and safety regulations.
