This role will be working with children and young people with a range of different challenges but will centre around self-harm and absconding issues. You will be required to have at least 1 year of UK experience working in a similar role. These positions are on a 2:1 and 3:1 basis. Duties include: You will be required to ensure that our children and young people are provided with the highest quality of care and to assist them reaching their full potential.To promote independence in living alone or in a supported living environment within a healthy home environment.To promote going out in the community and engage in activities.To ensure children''s safety and well-being is appropriately protected at all times.To provide detailed written notes for each shift.To professionally liaise with professionals.Uphold essential safeguarding.To effectively communicate with the service user and professionals.
