In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple children''s homes, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth running of multiple children''s homes, ensuring high-quality care delivery, effective service delivery, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support Registered Managers and their teams, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Strategic Development: Contribute to the strategic development of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, including Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements.
