Transport Coordinator required for ongoing full time work based in Avonmouth, BS11

• £12.50 per hour 
• Monday to Thursday 0830 – 1700, Fridays 0830 – 1630

• 30 minute break - 40 working hours a week
• Overtime at time and one third for hours worked above basic hours Monday – Friday
• Overtime at time and a half on Saturday and double time for Sunday and Bank Holidays.
• Less than 5 minutes’ walk from Portbury park-and-ride or free parking on site

About the role

• Planning routes for drivers

• Speaking to customers 48 hours before delivery to confirm and check access.

• Processing orders for next day delivery
• General administration duties

The right candidate

• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
• Confident using a computer and digital systems
• Prior experience in a similar role – admin, logistics admin, transport planner etc
